1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN / REFUND
You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date if your item meets one of the following conditions:
- Incorrect Item: The item received does not match the description, specifications, or version as listed on our website at the time of purchase.
- Damaged or Defective Item: The item arrived damaged, scratched, or defective due to a manufacturing fault or mishandling by the shipping carrier.
If your case does not fall into the categories listed above, we still encourage you to reach out to our Customer Service team – we will do our best to assist you and find a suitable solution.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Step 2 – Review & Approval
Our Customer Service team will carefully review your request and respond with detailed guidance. If your return is approved and meets our eligibility criteria, we will issue a free prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Step 3 – Pack & Ship the Item
Once approved, please prepare your return as follows:
- Print the return label provided by our team.
- Pack the item securely in its original condition, including all original tags, box, dust bag, and accessories.
- Ensure all labels remain intact and the item is in the same condition as when you received it.
- Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location.
3. REFUND / RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS
3.1 Orders Placed Within the Last 48 Hours
If you wish to cancel, modify, or exchange an order that was placed within the last 48 hours:
- Email us with your order number and reason for the request.
- If the order has not yet entered the preparation or packing stage, we will process your request immediately.
3.2 Orders Already Delivered or More Than 48 Hours After Placement
If your order has already been delivered, or more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed:
- Email us with photos or a video of the item together with your reason.
- Our Customer Service team will evaluate your request and advise the best available solution.
3.3 Processing Timelines
Once your return or exchange request has been approved, please allow the following timeframes:
